With the arrival of Fall and (hopefully soon) cooler temps, my mind and palate lean towards comfort food.
One of my favorite dishes in this category is macaroni and cheese.
I love it on its own out of the box…or as my Canadian friends refer to it as “Kraft dinner.” But there are many other ways to enjoy mac & cheese.
