Let It Snow

As December wraps up, I look fondly back at some of my favorite things this month:  candy canes, gingerbread men, twinkly lights and snow!  Now I am the first to admit that while I love the whole idea of snow, I don’t actually like to be cold.  I’m very much a warm weather kind of girl, so living here in Southern California suits me well.  However, when the holiday season rolls around I do get nostalgic for all that fluffy white stuff.  There were a few occasions that I saw “snow” this month!

Snow Tour Cruise

The first was on a cruise ship.  It was the last night of cruise and just prior to each dinner seating we all gathered in the grand atrium for some snow.  Cruise Director’s warning:  Don’t eat it kids, it’s actually soap.  It also snowed at The Howard Hughes shopping center.  And although it didn’t reach the audience, snow swirled down on Donny & Marie at the end of their Christmas show at The Pantages Theater.  There was also this can of snow I found at Kitson and sent to three special little guys for some winter fun.   Ah, let it snow, let it snow, let it snow…
