Trish and I have been watching Tom Colicchio for years judge other on how they cook and present. Well, I had the opportunity to judge the judge. What are my qualification you might ask. First and foremost, I love great food. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint. In fact it was hard to pick just one bite. In close second was the assortment of mushroom I ordered as a side. But the Tartare had just the right balance of salty meaty flavor with crunchy buttery crostini’s.
