What to eat for the New Year

We all want to start the year off with a bang. At one point most of us have made resolutions to eat better and lose weight. Does what we eat determine how the year will unfold? Probably not, but if you THINK it does you might want to try a few of these dishes. For our first blog this year we’ll talk about some lucky foods from around the world.


Noodles are a great way to start off the year. They can be very healthy and in some Asian counties they bring long life. Just don’t break the noodle, slurp up all he goodness. Here’s a great Soba Noodle recipe that’s sure to deliver a little kick.








If you want to move forward with your life in the new year be sure to eat some fish. Since they swim forward that translates to your life moving forward. They can also bring abundance; fish swim in schools some and are very abundant.  For a great seafood recipe try this fishy friend from the sea that’s very easy to cook.
